New housing developments

We need more houses. Building them in without good access to workplaces, sports centres, shops, medical centres and community resources in general – that is, without transport links (bus routes, rail stations, bike paths..)  – is not really a good idea as people will need to use their cars and so burn petrol. Are there any proposals round where you live? If so, blast off a message to your councillors!
