Road-building??

Have you seen the East Leeds Orbital Road site? It’s colossal . It’s part of the government’s massive programme of road-building: £27,000,000,000 over five years. Easing road transport before the retirement of petrol and diesel vehicles will just make everything worse. A Comprehensive Spending Review is coming and this is a chance to write to the Chancellor to urge him to get real.
